Sea Inlet Oysters with Garlic Red Pepper

Serves 4 – 15 minute prep – 0 minute cook

Ingredients:

  1. 1 dz sea inlet oysters, shucked

  2. ¼ cup vegetable oil

  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced

  4. 1 tbsp red pepper, finely chopped

  5. ½ tbsp ginger, finely chopped

  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes

  2. Spoon on top of each chilled raw oyster on the half shell and serve!
