Sea Inlet Oysters with Garlic Red Pepper
Serves 4 – 15 minute prep – 0 minute cook
Ingredients:
1 dz sea inlet oysters, shucked
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp red pepper, finely chopped
½ tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes
Spoon on top of each chilled raw oyster on the half shell and serve!
