Samish Pearl Oysters with Dill crème Fraiche
Serves 4 – 15 minute prep – 0 minute cook
Ingredients:
1 dz Samish pearl oysters, shucked
½ cup crème fraiche
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Fresh dill, chopped (for serving)
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend all ingredients together and salt to taste
Dollop on top of each oyster on the half shell, sprinkle with fresh dill, and serve!
