Samish Pearl Oysters with Dill crème Fraiche

Serves 4 – 15 minute prep – 0 minute cook

Ingredients:

  • 1 dz Samish pearl oysters, shucked

  • ½ cup crème fraiche

  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh dill, chopped (for serving)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend all ingredients together and salt to taste

  2. Dollop on top of each oyster on the half shell, sprinkle with fresh dill, and serve!
