Kumamoto Oysters with Spicy Tomato Relish
Serves 4 – 10 minute prep – 0 minute cook
Ingredients:
1 medium beefsteak tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Worchester sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine, tomatoes rice wine vinegar, Worcester sauce, and tabasco sauce. Add Salt and pepper to taste Cover and store in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Top oysters with relish and serve!
